Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile home goods are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
